Shipping Policy

Touchline Ready currently ships to UK addresses only. We do not offer international or worldwide shipping at this time. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future — sign up to our mailing list to be notified.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will aim to be dispatched the same day.

UK Delivery We currently ship to UK addresses only.

• Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) — £4.99
• Express Delivery (1-2 business days) — £6.99
• Free Standard Delivery on orders over £40

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays Whilst we always aim to meet the above timescales, delivery times may be affected during busy periods such as Christmas. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or third party couriers.
